Our beer

Traditional when tradition matters.
Curious when it doesn't.

We take pride in classic lager methods, expressive ales and rotating releases that give the brewery room to experiment.

Seasonals + small batch

The reliable stuff stays reliable. The rest can get weird.

The brewery's existing beer program makes room for quarterly seasonals, limited releases, barrel-aged beer and lesser-seen styles. Those experiments belong beside the flagships rather than being hidden from the site.
