Our brewery
Born from twenty years of brewing and a lifetime of love for Palmer.

Founders / GM
Frank & Seina Bell
Frank and Seina met in college in 2011, with brewing already a longstanding part of Frank's life. After years of homebrewing awards and Best of Show honors, they started a family in 2019 and chose Palmer as home.
After careers in mental health, engineering and surveying, they took a chance on the dream and opened Palmer Brewing Company in 2025.

Head brewer
Jeremiah “Jables” Boone
Jeremiah brings 17 years of professional Alaska craft brewing experience, including work at Anchorage Brewing Company, King Street Brewing, Resolution Brewing and Midnight Sun Brewing Company.
His experience, technical knowledge and passion for craft beer are central to the Palmer Brewing program.
The facility
Small enough to care about every tank.
Palmer Brewing operates on a 10 BBL Portland MetalCraft direct-fire brewhouse, pairing traditional brewing methods with natural carbonation and in-house yeast propagation.

How we brew
A 10 BBL direct-fire brewhouse.
Old-world attention to detail.
Traditional ingredients
Beer starts with ingredients selected to serve the style rather than chase novelty.
Complex mash schedules
Traditional lager methods demand more time and tighter process control.
Natural carbonation
Extra equipment and patience produce the texture and balance the team is after.
Cold maturation
Extended conditioning lets lager flavors settle into a clean, finished pint.
In-house yeast propagation
The brewery manages yeast as a core ingredient and part of its technical program.
Keep experimenting
Seasonals, small batches and barrel-aged beer keep the creative side of brewing alive.
